Harris Blvd. With backing from the City of Charlotte, LACCC, and private partners like Bank of America, Spark Centro will provide 34,000-45,000 square feet of coworking space, business support, workforce programs, and a vibrant community marketplace. Charlotte residents are gearing up for the annual Steps for Shelter Pets charity walk at Pearl Street Park on Saturday, May 30, 2026, to benefit Charlotte-Mecklenburg Animal Care & Control.
