If you’ve spent any time in Charlotte, you know how quickly our neighborhoods are changing. More families are choosing to stay put and remodel rather than move, which means finding a builder you can trust matters more than ever.

One name that keeps coming up in conversations (and reviews) is Paul Kowalski Builders (PKB). They’re not just contractors — they’re a design-build team that takes homeowners from the idea stage all the way through the finished project. And locals say that’s exactly what sets them apart.

A Team That Truly Listens

Renovations can be stressful, but PKB’s clients highlight how the team makes the process manageable. Project managers keep everyone on the same page, while the crew shows up with professionalism and care.

“Excellent work and project manager was the best we’ve ever worked with. The whole team made it stress-free.” — Jeff E.

Craftsmanship You Can See and Feel

From decks to porches to full remodels, people rave about the quality of PKB’s work. It’s not just about getting the job done — it’s about getting it done right.

“Paul’s crew removed our old wooden deck and built something far superior. We couldn’t be happier.” — Ken J.

Design That Brings Ideas to Life
Because PKB handles both design and construction, homeowners don’t have to juggle multiple firms. Reviewers love how their vision gets translated into thoughtful, functional designs.

“Incredible designs and follow-through! Paul Kowalski Builders transformed our vision into reality.” — Paige B.

Why They’re a Local Favorite

What really stands out is how many people go back to PKB for future projects — and how often they recommend them to friends and family. That kind of loyalty only comes when a business consistently delivers.

“This review is extremely overdue, but I’ve also worked with them on multiple projects. They always deliver.” — Phillip C.
