Fontana di Vino Brings Interactive Italian Dining to SouthPark

Fontana di Vino has recently opened its doors in SouthPark, offering an engaging and interactive Italian dining experience.

Located at 4905 Ashley Park Lane, this new establishment is the brainchild of Chef Scott Leibfried, renowned for his appearances on "Hell's Kitchen," and Robert Maynard, founder and CEO of Won Life Brands.

The restaurant's menu features a variety of Italian-inspired dishes, including house-made pastas, prime steaks, and authentic Roman-style pinsa—a lighter, airier version of traditional pizza.

One of the standout offerings is the tableside "polenta pour," where creamy polenta is theatrically served with accompaniments like roasted mushrooms and garlic-infused spinach.

Chef Leibfried emphasizes the importance of blending tradition with innovation, aiming to create a space where guests can share multiple dishes and enjoy a great bottle of wine.

With plans to expand, a second location is expected to open in Davidson later this year.
